Cut spending by getting rid of all the middle managers and focus on needs not wants.

Enough with increasing taxes it’s time to start thinking responsible similarly to how you would run your own household. Make like your using your own money and not other people’s.

Edmonton needs a 6.4% decrease, not an increase. Time for a hiring freeze, no replacement of retiring and resigning employees, and hundreds of golden handshakes.

People having a hard time to pay for their house and bills and groceries and to raise taxes is already hard enough for people!!

I think it’s time for you to stop spending recklessly with your vanity projects and especially expanding on the hardly used bike lanes. Edmonton is not Vancouver or any other place that’s warm most of the time. This is not a place for bike lanes or so much construction that every day is miserable to go out in this city. Especially downtown. The problem is – a lot of people are hurting and they are getting desperate. Understandably they want to take it out on Council. I’d hate to see what would happen if someone one day just lost it and targeted their least favourite council member. Focus on essential services which you are failing at currently and stop with the useless projects that can easily be put on hold. Get over your egos. Don’t use my city and my taxes to prop up your insecurities. DO YOU JOB or get the hell out!
