These are the most STUPID thing this city has EVER done!! LOOK at how hermitage Road has literally been destroyed by this ignorant stunt! I used to ride on Hermitage all the time, now I stay away from it. It’s dangerous! Look at the obstructions that can be run into! And What if a driver opens their passenger door when a bike is passing! This city has no clue on transportation, NONE! Ignorant and out of touch. Especially for something that is barely used now (I rarely see bikes in those lanes) and we get snow for 6 months of the year. OUT OF TOUCH. Rip all that out of there and make it right again.

Get rid of all bike lanes and the costs that goes with them. I hope all city council is replaced this election and perhaps common sense will return.

How irresponsible of city council to vote to spend another $100 million when the City of Edmonton is already carrying such a large debt and property taxes have soared during this council’s term.

Convert some sidewalks to Multi-use trails where heavy bike use exists.

Enough of this nonsense already. Raising our dept limits in order to accommodate outrageous expenses that benefit such a small percentage of the population is massively irresponsible.

We are a winter city. With snow piles that the city can’t even keep cleaned from snow. Why have bike lanes cleaned first? Its dangerous in the winter to drive with concrete blockades being used for bike lanes, cars can’t stop,it creates ice and more snow piles.Walkers can’t get around them either.Bikers can use sidewalks.
