Everything that we pay taxes for has gotten worse and now it’s more expensive. Ludacris

This is a type of cruelty by putting people under more financial stress and then they wonder how they are unable to cure homelessness because they are one of the contributor.

Mayor and City Council need to do better! Too much mismanagement of tax payer monies and dishing excuses. This team has a huge disconnect in terms of what Edmontonians’ want! Stop the LRT projects!! Make the city safe first before wasting tax payers monies on Transit.

I’m a senior and I think if they want to raise the taxes so they can provide more services perhaps the people using these services could pay more..this could mean seniors would have to start selling their homes and start needing help from the government to survive..and one other thing that will be taking a hit will be charitable donations..if you have to get the money from somewhere else that pay taxes that would be a place to start.

We don’t have a continuous amount of money to supply all the wants of city hall wish list. They should stop spending money they don’t have…

I’m all for more personal responsibility and reduced civic spending. If you don’t spend my money for me, I’ll have more to pay for services myself. Thank you.
